Fiberglass D-type fan

The FRP D-type anti-corrosion fan is a ventilation device designed specifically for conveying corrosive gases. Its core components (impeller, casing, and air inlet) are all made of glass fiber reinforced resin (FRP). It is named after the "D"-shaped structure of the casing. It is widely used in the chemical, electroplating, metallurgy, and environmental protection industries. It is compatible with FRP air ducts, FRP water tanks, and other equipment, and is used to convey waste gas or flue gas containing acid, alkali, and salt mist. It offers four core advantages: First, a fully corrosion-resistant structure. The FRP material is resistant to strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, preventing rust and damage to metal blower components and making it suitable for highly corrosive environments. Second, it is highly efficient and energy-efficient. The D-shaped casing combined with the forward-inclined impeller design ensures smooth airflow and minimizes pressure loss, resulting in a 5%-8% increase in efficiency over conventional corrosion-resistant blowers. Third, it is stable and low-noise. The FRP material offers excellent sound insulation, and combined with a shock-absorbing base, it operates 4-6 decibels quieter than metal corrosion-resistant blowers, with minimal vibration. Fourth, it is durable and easy to maintain. Its smooth surface resists dirt accumulation and is easy to clean. It is resistant to aging in operating temperatures between -30°C and 120°C, with a service life of 8-12 years and no need for regular anti-corrosion spraying.
