Nomination opinion This achievement aims at the characteristics of chemical odor gas with high odor index, low concentration, large air volume, poor water solubility, complex composition, large fluctuation of working parameters, and great difficulty in purification. By undertaking key research and development projects in Zhejiang Province, national fund projects and key horizontal cooperation projects of enterprises, a series of research results have been achieved: (I) The influence of power supply parameters and barrier medium physical properties coupling on discharge conversion is revealed, and the mechanism of action of dielectric barrier discharge plasma on chemical conversion of odor gas is explored. A high-power and high-density plate plasma generator for odor gas purification is developed, which solves the problem of uneven discharge under harsh working conditions; (II) Based on the coupling calculation and experiment of multi-dimensional fluid volume model and porous medium model, key components such as mixed rectifier orifice plate, liquid distribution device and demister are optimized, and a plasma coupled washing absorption tower is developed; (III) An intelligent control system for energy consumption and efficiency of odor gas purification is developed, which solves the problems of low system operation safety and poor stability.
The project has obtained 11 invention patents, 20 utility model patents and 8 computer software copyrights. The project results have been promoted and applied in odor gas treatment projects in large domestic chemical companies such as Zhejiang Runtu, Xinjiang Tianye, and Tianfu Energy, and a global joint promotion cooperation agreement has been signed with the famous Japanese deodorization company KARUMOA. The various technologies and energy consumption indicators of the applied projects are better than similar technologies at home and abroad, and have reached the international advanced level after appraisal. In the past three years, the total amount of odorous gas treated has reached 70 billion cubic meters, and the direct economic benefits have exceeded 1.2 billion, effectively solving the problems of chemical odorous gas disturbing the people and environmental pollution in my country, and creating significant economic, social and environmental benefits. The achievement was nominated for the first prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award for Scientific and Technological Progress.
