The 304 photocatalytic purifier is an industrial-grade waste gas treatment device based on a "UV + catalyst" system. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, it is specifically designed to degrade volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and malodorous gases. It is widely used in the chemical, printing, coating, and plastics industries.

Its purification principle is dual-action: high-energy UV lamps (185nm/254nm wavelength) decompose oxygen into ozone and hydroxyl radicals, initially breaking down molecular bonds in the waste gas. The waste gas then passes through a catalyst-coated carrier, such as TiO₂, where the catalyst activates and accelerates the reaction, ultimately oxidizing VOCs (such as benzene and formaldehyde) and malodorous substances (such as hydrogen sulfide) into harmless water and carbon dioxide, eliminating secondary pollution. The equipment combines material and performance advantages: the 304 stainless steel casing is acid and alkali resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-humidity and strong-corrosion conditions; the purification rate reaches over 85%, and it is significantly effective for medium- and low-concentration exhaust gases (≤2000mg/m³); there are no mechanical parts, and only the lamp tubes need to be replaced regularly (lifespan 8000-12000 hours), which reduces operation and maintenance costs. It can also adapt to various mixed exhaust gases and operating conditions below 60°C and within 90% humidity without the need for complex pretreatment.
