PP sink

PP sinks are specialized equipment used in industrial and laboratory settings for cleaning, soaking, and temporarily storing corrosive liquids. Molded from a single piece of polypropylene (PP), they are widely used in the chemical, electroplating, laboratory, and electronics industries.

They offer four core advantages: First, they are highly corrosion-resistant. They are inert to acids, alkalis, saline solutions, and organic solvents, and can withstand direct contact with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide, preventing the corrosion and rust that can occur with traditional stainless steel sinks. Second, they are easy to clean and stain-resistant, with a smooth, stain-free surface that rinses away stains without causing metal scratches. Third, they are lightweight and impact-resistant, weighing only one-third of a stainless steel sink of the same size. They are easy to install and highly impact-resistant, making them less susceptible to cracking due to impact. Fourth, they are temperature-stable, maintaining their shape within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C, making them suitable for both ambient and medium-low temperature cleaning operations.

Compared to stainless steel sinks (which are susceptible to corrosion and require regular maintenance), PP sinks require no anti-corrosion treatment. Compared to ceramic sinks (which are fragile and heavy), PP sinks are impact-resistant and offer flexible installation options.
