Acid Wash Tower + Alkali Wash Tower + Activated Carbon Adsorption Chamber Process Flow
1. Waste Gas Collection: Collect waste gas at a covered sewage station and send it to the acid-alkali tower.
2. Acid Wash: Within the acid wash tower, ammonia vapor, particulate matter, and dissolved water are absorbed (sodium hypochlorite is required).
3. Activated Carbon Adsorption: After the acid and alkaline washes, the waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorption chamber, effectively removing odorous pollutants. Once it meets standards, it is discharged into the chimney.
