The PP centrifugal impeller is the core power component of exhaust gas treatment fans. Made of polypropylene (PP) by injection molding or compression molding, it is suitable for corrosive exhaust gas conveying fans in the chemical, electroplating, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries. It can be used with PP ducts, PP water tanks, and other equipment.
It offers four key advantages: First, it is highly corrosion-resistant. It is inert to acids, alkalis, salt spray, and organic solvents, and can withstand long-term corrosion from exhaust gases containing hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, resolving the rust and imbalance issues of traditional metal impellers. Second, it is lightweight and energy-efficient, with a density only one-fifth that of metal and low rotational inertia, which reduces the load on the fan motor and energy consumption. Third, it offers stable operation and low noise. The material's excellent toughness reduces vibration during operation and absorbs some airflow noise, resulting in a noise level 3-5 decibels lower than that of metal impellers. Fourth, it is easy to clean and age-resistant, with a smooth surface that resists fouling and is easy to clean. It is also resistant to aging and deformation at temperatures between -10°C and 80°C, and has a service life of 5-8 years.
