Biological Drip Filtration Deodorizing Equipment

The biological washing and filtration combined deodorization device combines three biological technologies, biological washing, biological trickling filtration and biological filtration, and is a new type of composite biological deodorization device developed on the basis of integrating the advantages of the three biological technologies. The odor enters the advanced washing area through the inlet, and is washed by the forewater or concentrated chemical washing liquid. In the washing area, the water chemical agent absorption, dust removal and humidification pretreatment of the odor are completed. The unremoved odorous gas enters the multi-stage biological filter bed filtration area again. When passing through the filter layer, the pollutants are transferred from the gas phase to the surface of the biofilm:

a) The malodorous gas comes into contact with the water film of the wet filling material (biological filler) under the action of the spraying water and dissolves.

b) The odorous components that enter the biofilm are degraded in the filling material through absorption and decomposition by microorganisms.

c) Microorganisms use the absorbed odor components as energy sources for further reproduction. The above three processes are carried out simultaneously to ensure that the emission of the entire system meets the standards.

The ventilation linear velocity is controlled at 0.2M/S=0.5M/S. (The empty tower gas velocity is the linear velocity of the mixed gas calculated based on the empty tower cross-sectional area. The tower bottom gas volume is the largest, and is generally calculated based on the tower bottom gas volume;)

  The biological filler made through special processing has the characteristics of large specific surface area, easy formation and fall of biofilm, corrosion resistance, biodegradation resistance, good thermal insulation performance, high porosity, low high loss and good air and water distribution. The service life can reach 8-10 years.

● The equipment is easy to operate and does not
 require special personnel to manage or daily maintenance. It is easy to manage and has extremely low operating costs. It can run continuously for 24 hours and is also suitable for intermittent operation. There are few vulnerable parts and maintenance management is very simple.

● Automatic control, fully automatic operation
The fully automatic control can be controlled remotely or locally, and has two control modes: manual and automatic.
